WORK WITH ME

I work with people who are ready to change — and want to bring the same quality of attention to their inner life that they give to everything else.

And there are no new pains. We have felt them all already. We have hidden that fact in the same place where we have hidden our power. They lie in our dreams, and it is our dreams that point the way to freedom.

Ways We Might Work Together

1:1 Work

A PRACTICE OF STEWARDSHIP

There are seasons when you find yourself at a threshold — not because something is broken, but because you've outgrown the familiar. The life you've built is real. Something larger is also becoming possible.

The people I work with are doing meaningful work in the world — in their work, in their families, in their relationships, in the simple and demanding work of being alive. And they want their inner life to be as thoughtfully tended as everything else they carry. They aren't looking for answers. They're ready to bring more of themselves to the questions they're already living.

Each of us has developed a particular relationship with power, belonging, visibility, and change — ways of moving through the world that were once intelligent and adaptive.

This work is an invitation to know that relationship more fully, and to choose, with greater freedom, how you want to move from here.

The work isn't linear. It's more like creating a collage — gathering fragments, noticing what belongs together, discovering unexpected connections, and stepping back to see what is emerging. You are the steward of your life, and you are also its artist.

Our work may draw from structured assessments, contemplative listening, spiritual and somatic inquiry, astrological consultation, dreamwork, breathwork, or other symbolic and reflective practices — whatever supports the questions you are living. The approach is shaped entirely by what you bring. There is no formula, only what serves.

This is spacious, developmental work for those who want to live and lead with greater depth and aliveness.

Group Work

TENDING COLLECTIVE LIFE

I work with groups where the quality of relationship is understood as the foundation of everything else.

Perhaps your team is navigating a significant transition and wants to move through it with intention. Perhaps you're in a season of growth and want to ensure the culture you're building reflects your values. Perhaps you simply know that the way you work together has more potential than you're currently accessing.

This work brings the same spirit of stewardship to collective life — tending what has been entrusted to the group with curiosity rather than control, and creating conditions for people to reconnect to one another and to the work that matters most.

Engagements take many forms — from a single gathering to longer-term accompaniment — shaped entirely by what the group needs. They may include facilitated conversations, circle-based processes, retreat design and support, or assessments that illuminate how the group moves together.

I have particular experience working with organizations whose work involves care — activists, organizers, healers, educators, and helpers who want to bring the same attentiveness to their own renewal that they offer to others.
