Facilitation and hosting.

Meetings, planning sessions, storytelling and knowledge sharing gatherings and more. Inviting the spirit of hospitality and generosity into the room. Creating a container for people to tap into their capacity and creativity to do good work together and reconnect to each other. Balancing structure and flexibility, moving from certainty to curiosity, remembering the shared sense of purpose, and clarifying wise action.

Hosting circles with a specific theme or emphasis.

Support for groups who want to explore important topics or dynamics in a circle-based group process. Circle-based process at critical moments in an organization’s development create the conditions for people to speak and listen in ways that can be heard which leads to improved communication, divergent thinking, participation, collaborative leadership, addressing conflict, and creative problem solving.

Immersive experiential gatherings.

Curating meaningful and restorative immersive experiential gatherings for your team, organization, or group. Pressing pause to celebrate, rejuvenate, build deeper connections to each other and the work, and to ready the collective for the road ahead.

I offer practices and structures for organizational or community groups who want to:

  • Host community conversations, meetings, retreats, and engage in longer-term change and transformation projects.

  • Foster collaborative or participatory inquiry.

  • Discover how they can more effectively work and communicate together.

  • Create a healthier and more resilient system or community.

  • Have support while moving through periods of uncertainty or transition into wise action.

I have specialized skills in working with individuals, groups, and organizations who serve and minister to others through their work as activists, organizers, healers, and helpers.
